Cvlinnova is an independent online retailer of home textiles and table linens, operating from Palmview, Texas. We started Cvlinnova after repeatedly running into the same problem as buyers: product pages that looked polished but left out the details that actually determine whether an item works in a real home — dimensions, materials, care instructions, and what happens when something arrives damaged. We built the store around the information we wanted when we were on the buying side.
We are a small operation. Orders are packed and shipped from our Palmview facility, and the same team that answers customer service emails is involved in the decisions about what we carry and how we describe it. We do not claim to be a large distributor, and we do not present ourselves as one. Our shipping and return terms are published in full on this site because we would rather a customer know the terms before checkout than discover them afterward.
Cvlinnova is an independent brand. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any other company, and we do not present ourselves as connected to any other brand or business. If you have a question about who we are or how we operate, contact us using the details on our Contact Us page; we will answer directly.
