Cvlinnova accepts the following payment methods on :
Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards, and PayPal. These are the only payment methods accepted at checkout. The payment method logos displayed on the site and at checkout correspond to the methods listed here; if a method is not listed in this policy, it is not accepted.
How payment is handled. When you place an order, you are directed to a secure checkout page to enter your payment details. Card information is submitted directly to our payment processor and is not stored on Cvlinnova’s servers. We receive a transaction identifier and the last four digits of the card for order verification and refund processing. PayPal payments are completed through PayPal’s own authorization flow; Cvlinnova does not receive your PayPal login credentials.
When you are charged. Your payment method is authorized when you place the order and captured when the order is confirmed. If an item is unavailable after capture, the charge for that item is refunded in full within 1–2 business days of our notice to you.
Currency. All prices on are listed in United States dollars. Your card issuer or PayPal may apply a currency conversion fee if your account is denominated in another currency; that fee is set by your financial institution and is not charged by Cvlinnova.
Payment security. Checkout is served over HTTPS. Card data is transmitted directly to the payment processor and is not logged or stored by Cvlinnova. If you believe a payment has been handled incorrectly, contact info@cvlinnova.com with your order number before initiating a chargeback with your bank, so we can review the transaction and respond.
