What to include when you contact us. To help us resolve your question in the first reply, include your order number (if your question relates to an order), the email address used at checkout, and a brief description of the issue. For return requests, include the information listed in our Return and Refund Policy: order number, date received, a photograph of the item, and the reason for the return. For privacy requests, use the subject line “Privacy Request” so the message is routed correctly.
