These terms govern your use of  and any order you place through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply alongside our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Payment Policy, which are linked in the site footer and form part of the agreement between you and Cvlinnova.

1. Who we are. Cvlinnova is an independent online retailer operating from 3504 Marla Dr, Palmview, TX 78572, United States. References to "we," "us," and "our" in these terms mean Cvlinnova. References to "you" mean the person visiting the site or placing an order.

2. Using the site. You may browse the site and place orders for personal use. You agree not to use the site in a way that interferes with its operation, attempts to gain unauthorized access to any account or system, scrapes or reproduces content at scale, or violates any applicable law. We may suspend or restrict access to the site if we have reason to believe these terms have been breached.

3. Product information. We describe our products as accurately as we can, including dimensions, materials, and care instructions where applicable. Colors can appear differently depending on your screen, and minor variation in textiles is normal and is not treated as a defect. If a product page contains an error in price or description, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full rather than fulfill it at the incorrect terms; we will contact you before doing so.

4. Orders and acceptance. An order placed through the site is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges that we received the order; it does not by itself constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we ship the order or send a separate acceptance notice. We may decline an order if the item is unavailable, if the payment cannot be verified, if the shipping address cannot be confirmed, or if we suspect fraud. If we decline an order after payment has been captured, we refund the full amount within 1–2 business days.

5. Prices, payment, and currency. Prices are listed in United States dollars and are subject to change without notice; the price shown at the time you place the order is the price that applies to that order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal, as described in our Payment Policy. Payment is authorized when the order is placed and captured when the order is confirmed.

6. Shipping. We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery takes 3–5 business days after the package leaves our facility. Standard shipping is free. The full terms, including carrier information and how we handle delivery issues, are in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and refunds. You may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of receipt, for any reason. Return shipping is free and there is no restocking fee. Once a return is delivered to us, we process the refund within 1–2 business days, and the credit typically posts to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. The conditions under which a refund amount may be adjusted are set out in our Return and Refund Policy, which controls in the event of any inconsistency with this summary.

8. Your content. If you submit a review, photograph, or other content to us, you confirm that the content is yours to share and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the site and in our marketing. We may remove content that is misleading, unlawful, or unrelated to the product it is attached to.

9. Our content. The text, photographs, product descriptions, and design of  are owned by Cvlinnova or used with permission. You may not reproduce, republish, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written consent. Product names and brand names mentioned on the site remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Third-party links and services. The site may link to third-party pages, such as a carrier's tracking page or PayPal's checkout. We do not control those pages and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's terms.

11. Disclaimers. The site and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that product descriptions are free of every inaccuracy. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be limited by agreement.

12. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, Cvlinnova is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This section does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify Cvlinnova against claims, losses, or costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site, except to the extent the claim results from our own conduct.

14. Privacy. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. That policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who receives it, and how you can exercise your rights, including rights available to California residents.

15. Governing law and disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, contact us first at info@cvlinnova.com so we can try to resolve it directly. If a dispute cannot be resolved that way, it may be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hidalgo County, Texas, and you and Cvlinnova each consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section prevents you from bringing a claim in a court that has jurisdiction over you under applicable consumer protection law.

16. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order governs that order. If we make a material change, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

17. Severability and entire agreement. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These terms, together with the Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Payment Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Cvlinnova regarding use of the site.
