Artificial 3D Floral for Butterfly Backdrop Stand - Purple
This purple artificial 3D floral is made to fit the Butterfly Shape Backdrop Stand, dressing the stand's butterfly shape in florals. It measures approximately 71 H x 67 W and comes with 33 ties, plus extra florals and a glue gun for finishing touches. The stand is sold separately, so you will need both pieces to complete the backdrop. You can find the cover and the stand together in CV Linens™' butterfly floral 3D backdrop collection.

Purple is a rich, saturated color, so it reads clearly from a distance and stands out against a plain white or light-colored wall. It is the deeper option next to the softer lavender/pink version, which makes it a fit for butterfly themes that call for a bolder color rather than a pastel one.
How to Use This Floral Cover
Place the Butterfly Shape Backdrop Stand where it will stay before you dress it, since a cover this size is easier to put on than to move afterward. The cover comes with 33 ties, and the extra florals and glue gun give you what you need to add florals or make small adjustments as you set up.
Because the stand's specifications recommend a base weight for extra stability, it is worth deciding on one before the cover goes on. The cover is approximately 71 H x 67 W, which makes it a large piece, and a steady base matters more the bigger the display is.
Common placements are behind a ceremony or sweetheart table, a dessert or cake table, a gift table, or a photo area. At this size, it works as a focal point rather than an accent, so leave clear floor space in front for guests and photos.
Styling the Purple Butterfly Backdrop
Purple florals stand out most against a plain, light background. CV Linens™' backdrop draping collection has panels you can place behind the stand to create that contrast, and white, silver, or greenery accents keep the overall palette from feeling heavy.
To echo the cover on the tables without matching it exactly, look at CV Linens™' purple event linens, and mix in pieces from the butterfly event linens collection to carry the theme across the room.
Frequently Asked Questions
What size is the purple 3D floral cover?
The cover measures approximately 71 H x 67 W, which is roughly 5 feet 11 inches tall and 5 feet 7 inches wide. That makes it a large, statement-sized piece, so plan your floor space and ceiling clearance accordingly.
Which stand does this cover fit?
It fits the Butterfly Shape Backdrop Stand, which is sold separately. You will need the stand to use the cover, because the cover does not come with its own frame.
What comes with the cover?
Each order includes 1 cover, with 33 ties, extra florals, and a glue gun. The stand is not included, so add it to your order if you do not already have one.
Do I need a base weight for the stand?
The Butterfly Shape Backdrop Stand's specifications recommend a base weight for extra stability, and it makes sense to have one in place before you attach the cover. The specifications do not name a specific weight, so it is best to decide on one ahead of the event.
What is the cover made of?
The cover is made of artificial florals. Because the flowers are artificial, there is nothing to water or keep cool before your event.
What events is the purple version suited to?
Purple works well for butterfly-themed birthdays, quinceañeras, bridal showers, and baby showers, particularly when you want a bolder color than a pastel. It also works as a ceremony or photo backdrop when the rest of the palette includes white, silver, or greenery.
Does it come in other colors?
Yes, this cover is also available in Pink and Lavender/Pink. All three share the same size, tie count, and included extras, so color is the main difference between them.
